Hi there! My name is Whitley Stewart and this is my little corner of the internet that I call Sweet Tea Tribe.

Here I’ll share with you all of the adventures that I take on as a homemaker and the tips that I learn along the way that can benefit you!

You’ll be able to read about DIY’s and decorating ideas as I tackle redoing my home, our homeschool journey, the disasters and masterpieces that come out of my attempts at cooking, advice on how to make money from home, lessons that have been taught and learned at a church that runs 17 buses for Sunday school, and stories from my home and heart!

Real quick so that you know what you’re getting yourself into, let me give you the run down on who I am!

I was born and raised on the outskirts of Baton Rouge, LA.

I have a burden for the teens around Baton Rouge that my church buses in to Sunday school every week from near and far.

I have an Etsy shop, Supermom Printables, where you can order custom invitations and other nifty things!

I’m totally basic in the fact that I dream of travelling the world and would always rather be at the beach.

I have 2 cats and a doberman and would probably empty my local animal shelter if that was an option!

Instead I foster animals waiting on a home

Things that I’m obsessed with include:

alpacas, coffee cups, white front porches, pineapples, and a good tan

My “tribe” consists of my hubby, David (whom I’ve been crushing on since the ripe old age of 12 1/2), our 2 children Skylar (7) and Mason (6),

and some friends/family that will be stopping by to share their own stories every once in a while!
